Written reports
Includes assessment reports (up to 2 hours) and NDIS therapy plan and review reports (1 hour). Medico-legal reports and complex assessment reports may take longer.

Non-NDIS clients
$193.99 per hour for assessments, therapy and reports.
Travel will be charged for clients in accordance with the NDIS 2023/2024 Price Guide and Support Catalogue.
Travel costs for non-NDIS clients will be discussed.
Payment subsidies and rebates
Medicare rebates for Speech Pathology services are available for clients under a GP written Chronic Disease Management Plan (rebates for up to 5 sessions in a calendar year). Children with a 'Helping Children with Autism' plan, written by their paediatrician will be eligible for up to 4 assessment and 20 treatment sessions before their 15th birthday. These plans must be in place before commencing funded sessions.
If you have private health insurance, with extras cover, you may be eligibile for a rebate to assist with the cost of services. Follow the link below for the various item codes for Speech Pathology services. These can be quoted to your health fund to gain information on the rebate you are entitled to.
